For Edward A. Ware, finding clients a home isn’t just about finding them a property. It’s about finding them a place to call home in the neighborhood that best fits their lifestyle — whether they’re enjoying raising a family, their golden years, or the single life.
Born in Victoria, Texas, Edward began his real estate career as a leasing agent during his freshman year of college. It was an early venture that he loved, but after earning his degree in business administration with a minor in legal studies, careers in law and information technology intervened. When a successful colleague of Edward’s admitted that he felt tied to his job with golden handcuffs and would have taken a different career path if he could go back in time, it forced Edward to reassess his own career choices. When life presented Edward with an opportunity to get back to doing what he loved, he took it.
Edward holds a broker’s license and two corporate broker’s licenses. He’s been a multimillion-dollar producer since 2012 and has earned several industry designations, including Fine Homes International Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Luxury Home Sales Specialist.
Edward also has extensive corporate relocation experience and has helped a range of clients, from truck drivers to CEOs. He has worked on several executive relocation groups for major energy companies and high-level federal government employees. He excels at helping incoming relocation clients with short timeframes find the perfect neighborhood and the perfect home, and for his outbound clients, he understands the time demands and the process involved in completing a corporate sale.
Edward feels blessed to be “married above his weight class.” His wife, Angella, is a registered nurse and spends her spare time as a Lieutenant Colonel and Chief Nurse in the Air Force Reserve. With four children, one on her own, two in college, and one still at home, there’s always something happening at the Ware House. An avid outdoorsman, Edward loves to share his passion for the outdoors with his 13-year-old son, who reciprocates by sharing his greatest passion — baseball. Depending on the season, and when he’s not working with clients, Edward is either wade fishing, sitting in a blind, or at the ballpark.
